SFH 47267AS A01 is a OSLON® black series high power infrared LED for in-cabin sensing applications like driver monitoring, occupant monitoring, interior monitoring, gesture sensing and child presence detection. It is used in in-cabin sensing application.
- Clear silicone lens package, 3B corrosion robustness
- AEC-Q102 qualified
- ESD 8KV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 3B)
- IR light source with high efficiency, double stack emitter
- Low thermal resistance, centroid wavelength 940nm
- Optimized for high current pulse operation
- Radiant intensity range from 355 to 450mW/sr (IF = 1A, tp = 10ms, Ie)
- Typical peak wavelength is 950nm (IF = 1000mA, tp = 10ms, TA= 25°C)
- Typical rise time is 10ns (IF = 5A, RL = 50 ohm, 10% / 90%)
