SFH 7050A is a biomonitoring sensor. It is used in health monitoring (heart rate monitoring, pulse oximetry) applications.
- ESD: 2kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, class 2)
- Multi chip package featuring 3 emitters and one detector
- Light barrier to block optical crosstalk
- Forward current (green emitter) is 25mA maximum
- Rise time (10%/ 90%) is 32ns typical at (IF = 100mA; RL = 50 ohm)
- Fall time (10%/ 90%) is 80ns typical at (IF = 100mA; RL = 50 ohm)
- Peak wavelength (infrared emitter) is 950nm typical
- Radiant intensity is 1.9mW/sr typical at (IF = 20mA; tp = 20ms)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
