Product Overview
ADRF5045 is a general-purpose, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch manufactured using a silicon process. It provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 9KHz to 30GHz. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages, +3.3V and -3.3V, provides complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL) logic compatible control. It is used in application such as test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, and electronic counter measures (ECMs), broadband telecommunications systems etc.
- Nonreflective 50 ohm design
- Low insertion loss is 2.4dB typical at (20GHz to 30GHz)
- High isolation is 45dB typ at (20GHz to 30GHz)
- P1dB is 28dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V, VSS = -3.3V)
- IP3 is 50dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V, VSS = -3.3V)
- ESD rating: 1500V HBM, no low frequency spurious
- Through path is 24dBm max at (RF signal is applied to RFC or through connected RF1/RF2)
- Terminated path is 24dBm max at (RF signal is applied to terminated RF1/RF2)
- Positive supply current is 3µA typ at (typ at VCTL = 0V or 3.3V,max at VCTL = 0.8V or 1.4V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 24-terminal land grid array [LGA]
