Product Overview
ADRF5049 is a non-reflective SP4T switch manufactured in the silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process. It requires a dual-supply voltage of +3.3V and −3.3V. The device employs complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low-voltage transistor-to-transistor logic (LVTTL) logic-compatible controls. It has enable and logic select controls to feature all off-state and mirror port selection, respectively. Application includes test and instrumentation, cellular Infrastructure 5G millimeter wave, military radios, radars, and electronic countermeasures (ECMs), microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), and industrial scanner.

- Typical insertion loss is 1.3dB (9KHz to 18GHz, between RFC and RF1/RF2, TCASE = 25°C)
- Typical return loss is 18dB (9KHz to 18GHz, RFC and RF1/RF2 (On), TCASE = 25°C)
- Typical rise and fall time is 1.2μs (90% to 10% of RF output (RFOUT), TCASE = 25°C)
- Typical 0.1dB power compression is <gt/>30dBm ( f=1MHz to 40GHz, VDD = 3.3V, VSS = −3.3V, TCASE = 25°C)
