HMC264LC3B is a 21 - 31GHz Sub-harmonically pumped (x2) MMIC mixer with an integrated LO amplifier. The HMC264LC3B eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing use of surface mount manufacturing techniques. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios and VSAT, test equipment & sensors, military end-use.
- Sub-harmonically pumped (x2) LO
- Frequency range from 21 to 31GHz (IF = 1GHz, LO = -4dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- Frequency range from 10.5 to 15.5GHz (IF = 1GHz, LO = -4dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- Frequency range is DC - 6GHz (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -4dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- Conversion loss is 9dB (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -4dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- Noise figure (SSB) is 9dB (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -4dBm & Vdd = +4V)
