Product Overview
HMC368LP4E active multiplier is a miniature amp-doubler-amp utilizing GaAs PHEMT technology. When driven by a +2dBm signal, the multiplier provides +15dBm typical output power from 9 to 16GHz. The Fo and the 3Fo isolations are 18dB typical. The low additive SSB phase noise of -140dBc/Hz at 100KHz offset helps the user maintain good system noise performance. This is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains allowing reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. Application includes microwave radios and VSAT, fibre optic infrastructure, military communications and radar.
- Input frequency range from 4.5 to 8.0GHz (TA=+25°C, Vd1=Vd2=+5.0VDC, +2dBm)
- Typical output power is 15dBm (TA=+25°C, Vd1=Vd2=+5.0VDC, +2dBm)
- Typical output return loss is 10dB (TA=+25°C, Vd1=Vd2=+5.0VDC, +2dBm)
- 24-pins QFN-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
