Product Information
Product Overview
HMC519LC4 is a high dynamic range GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier (LNA). This amplifier operates between 18GHz and 31GHz, providing 14dB of small signal gain, 3.5dB noise figure and output IP3 of +23dBm, while requiring only 75mA from a +3V single supply. The P1dB output power of +11dBm, enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. It also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms, making it ideal for microwave radio and VSAT applications. It is widely used in applications such as point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios & VSAT, test equipment & sensors, military & space etc.
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.016dB/°C typ at (18GHz to 28GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Input return loss is 15dB typical at (18GHz to 28GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Output return loss is 20dB typical at (18GHz to 28GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Saturated output power (Psat) is 14dBm typical at (18GHz to 28GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Package style is 24-pin LCC
