IM06B15AC1XKMA1 is a CIPOS™ Mini 600V 15A, three-phase intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x21 package. It provides fully featured compact inverter solution with excellent thermal performance and power loss for motor drive applications including industrial motor drives, pumps, fan drives and HVAC. Suitable for General purpose motor drive - variating frequency and voltage, Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), home appliances, motor control applications.
