Product Overview
MCP111T-450E/TT is a voltage-detecting device designed to keep a microcontroller reset until the system voltage has stabilized at the appropriate level for reliable system operation. This device also operates as protection from brown-out conditions when the system supply voltage drops below the specified threshold voltage level. Applications include critical microcontrollers and microprocessors, power-monitoring applications, computers, intelligent instruments, and portable battery-powered equipment.
- Passes AEC-Q100 reliability testing, resets microcontroller in a power-loss event
- Active-low, open-drain VOUT pin, ultra-low supply current is 1.75µA maximum
- External pull-up resistor, VDD operating voltage range from 1V to 5.5V
- VDD trip point tempco is ±100ppm/°C typical, 4.38V output voltage
- Threshold hysteresis is 0.263V maximum at (TA = -40°C to +125°C)
- Open-drain output leakage current is 0.1µA typical at (TA = -40°C to +125°C)
- VOUT rise time after VOUT active is 5µs typical at (TA = -40°C to +125°C)
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 3-lead SOT-23B package
