Product Overview
Grove - Optocoupler Relay (M281) module which is a bi-directional SPSD(single-pole, single-throw), normally open solid state relay(SSR). The Grove Optocoupler Relay is based on M281. This device offers very low on-resistance-allowing for a high load current rating in a miniature package, ideal in higher power applications where board space is limited.
- Suitable for high power applications: offers very low on-resistance, which is about 0.5ohm max
- Applicable to a wide range of scenarios: based on MOSFET, can carry both AC load and DC load
- Low input control current: available even at 3mA typ
- High input-to-output isolation(1.5KV minimum)
- 60V load voltage rating
- 1A continuous load current
- Supply voltage of 3.3V/5V
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85℃
- Digital interface
- Isolation resistance is 100Gohm
