Product Overview
1P10FFC-USB-SERIAL is a straight USB to serial adapter cable. Add RS-232 serial communication support to USB-A enabled Data Terminal Equipment (DTE - e.g., desktop or laptop), using this 10ft (3m) Cable. The USB Serial Adapter adds an RS-232 serial DB/DE-9 (male) connector to a desktop or laptop via a USB Type-A port. Secure the adapter to a serial device, using pre-installed and removable slotted D-Sub thumbscrews or install the included DB-9 Nuts for compatibility with other serial peripheral devices or cables.
- Adaptor retains serial COM port values in case of disconnection or reboot
- Supports serial data rates up to 921.6Kb/s
- Compatible with Windows 7/8/10/11, Server 2008, Chrome OS, Linux 4.15.x (LTS) & Mac OS
- Rugged one-piece TPE construction with level 4 ESD protection (15kV air and 8kV contact)
- Copper shielding reduces EMI/RFI interference
