M24M02E-UFMN6TP is a 2-Mbit serial I²C bus EEPROM. The device offers three 8-bit registers, namely: the device type identifier (DTI) register, the configurable device address (CDA), and the software write protection (SWP) register. This additional page stores a 128‑bit (16‑byte) unique factory-programmed serial number, locked in read-only mode at factory delivery. Typical applications include improved traceability for accessory recognition, enhanced repairability, promoting sustainability in the consumer and industrial segments, such as data centres, logistics, healthcare, and personal electronics.
