Product Overview
FS1606A-1800-AL is a FS1606A series DC-DC converter with integrated inductor, telemetry and digital power system management. It is an easy-to-use, fully integrated and highly efficient micro-point-of-load (µPOL™) voltage regulator. The on-chip pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller and integrated MOSFETs, plus incorporated inductor and capacitors, result in an extremely compact and accurate regulator. The low-profile package is suitable for automated assembly using standard surface-mount equipment. The built-in protection features include pre-biased start-up, soft-start protection, over-voltage protection, thermally compensated over-current protection with hiccup mode, thermal shut-down with auto-recovery. Applications include telecom and networking applications, data centre applications, 5G, AI applications, industrial applications, storage applications, distributed point-of-load power architectures.

- Power good sink current is 9mA at PG = 0.5V, En = 2V, TA = 25°C
