Product Overview
DD print core unlocks simple post-processing for complex metal 3D printed geometries. It features a 0.4mm nozzle with a sapphire insert, making it highly wear resistant when printing Ultrafuse® support layer filament from BASF Forward AM. This material creates an interface layer between metal support and metal model, making the removal of a sintered part from its support easy and painless.
- Designed for use with the ultimaker S3, S5 standalone, and S5 with air manager
- Only supported material is BASF Ultrafuse® Support Layer™
- Minimum lifetime of the DD core is 65meters (500 gr.) of BASF Ultrafuse® Support Layer™
- Maximum extrusion temperature is 265°C
- Nozzle diameter is 0.4mm
- Product safety regulation (UL60950-1/machine directive) in EU
