The TSAL6400 is a High Power Infrared Emitting Diode with high radiant power and high speed, moulded in blue-grey plastic packages. It has 940nm emitting diode in GaAlAs multi quantum well (MQW) technology and it is suitable for high pulse current operation. It is suitable for use in infrared remote control units with high power requirements, free air transmission systems, infrared source for optical counters and card readers.
