AD795 is a low noise, precision, FET input operational amplifier. It offers both the low voltage noise and low offset drift of a bipolar input op-amp and the very low bias current of a FET-input device. The AD795 has both excellent dc performance and a guaranteed and tested maximum input voltage noise. The AD795 is useful for many high input impedance, low noise applications. Typical application includes low noise photodiode preamps, CT scanners and precision l-to-V converters.
- Low power replacement for Burr-Brown OPA111, OPA121 op-amps
- Low noise of 3.3μV p-p maximum at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
- Low noise of 11nV/√Hz maximum at 10KHz and 0.6fA/√Hz at 1KHz
- High DC accuracy: 500μV maximum offset voltage and 10μV/°C maximum drift
- 2pA maximum input bias current and low power: 1.5mA maximum supply current
- 110dB min open loop gain at RL ≥ 10Kohm
- 1V/µs slew rate, unity gain at VO = 20Vp-p, RL = 2Kohm
- THD of -108dB at R1 ≥ 10Kohm, VO = 3Vrms
- 8 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
