The MAX44286TAZS+T is a low power, precision current sense amplifier in 4 pin WLP package. It is a zero drift, high side current sense amplifier family that offers precision, low supply current. This miniature size is of paramount for today’s applications in smartphones, mobile accessories, notebooks and all battery operated portable devices where current monitoring with precision and space are critical. Low power capability also offers the possibility of minimizing power dissipation. Ultra-low input offset voltage 30μV (maximum) and tiny gain error allow sense resistor to detect tiny currents (0.23% (maximum) gain accuracy).
- Fixed gain of 25V/V and gain error of 0.1% at TA = +25°C
- Thinnest and smallest current sense amplifier
- Low current consumption saves power (12.5μA ICC for 200KHz gain bandwidth)
- Industry leading low power supply range, 1.6V to 5.5V input common mode
- Supply current of 12.5μA at TA = +25°C
- Common mode input range from 1.8V to 5.5V at -40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> +125°C
- CMRR of 120dB at 1.8V <lt/> VRS+ <lt/> 5.5V and PSRR of 120dB at 1.6V <lt/> VRS+ <lt/> 5.5V
- Input offset voltage of 7μV at TA = +25°C
- Gain bandwidth product of 200KHz at VSENSE = 20mV and slew rate of 0.08V/μs at CL = 100pF
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
