Since 1961, Amphenol Nexus Technologies connectors have become the standard in military and commercial communication headset markets.

Today, Amphenol Nexus Technologies connectors are typically specified in OEM headset applications where “breakaway-style” audio connectors are required. Amphenol Nexus Technologies switches have a very strong, ‘tactile-feedback’ feature that makes them ideal for applications that require a positive means of knowing that the switch has actuated. In addition, Amphenol Nexus Technologies switches are designed for applications that require a durable, reliable, & cost effective switching means. Ranger Series

Our Ranger connectors features excellent electrical performance, a secure connection, & are easy to use. Primary focus Military & Defense, Telecommunications, & Commercial Aviation sectors.

M55116 Series

Our M55116 Mil-Spec jacks & plugs provide long-lasting connections in audio components for radios, intercom systems, & more. They can take up to 60V & a 0.5A maximum current. With either solder cup contacts or crimp sleeves, these connectors are available with miniaturization, right angle, filtering, & shielding.

9177 Series

Our M9177 jacks feature a contact material of nickel-plated beryllium copper, & the plugs have a Monel contact. Both have a plastic shell. These products are ideal for ruggedized commercial & military applications.

Watertight Breakaway Connectors

Watertight in up to 6 feet of water, these connectors have molded-on wiping-action contacts that provide a self-cleaning feature and eliminate issues with pin/socket open contacts.
