The MAX6336US23D3+T is an ultra low voltage, low power microprocessor (µP) reset circuit with manual reset in 4 pin SOT-143 package. This µP supervisory circuit monitor the power supplies in 1.8V to 3.3V µP and digital systems. It increases circuit reliability and reduce cost by eliminating external components and adjustments. It also features a debounced manual-reset input. This device perform a single function, it assert a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage declines below a preset threshold or whenever manual reset is asserted. Reset remains asserted for a preset timeout period after VCC has risen above the reset threshold or after manual reset is deasserted. The reset comparator in this IC is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. It is used in critical µP/µC power monitoring, controllers and intelligent instruments.
- Supply voltage range is 1.2V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Active- low, push/pull reset output, threshold voltage is 2.3V
- RESET/RESET (complementary) Valid to VCC = 0.7V
- Supply current of 3.3µA at VCC = 2.5V and 3µA at VCC = 1.8V
