R9A02G0214CNE#UA0 is a ultra-low power 48MHz MCU with Renesas RISC-V CPU core. It is particularly well-suited for cost-sensitive and low-power applications. It features 128KB code flash memory, 4KB data flash, 16KB SRAM with ECC support, many timers and serial connectivity interfaces, a high number of IOs with output current control, and rich analogue functionality (12bit A/D Converter, DAC, comparator).
