LT1804 is a dual, low power, high speed rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier with excellent DC performance. The LT1804 feature reduced supply current, lower input offset voltage, lower input bias current and higher DC gain than other devices with comparable bandwidth and slew rate. Typical applications include low voltage, high frequency signal processing, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, active filters and video line driver.

• Slew rate: 100V/µs typ at TA = 25°C; VS = 5V
• Gain-bandwidth product: 85MHz typ at VS = 5V, frequency = 2MHz, RL = 1K to 2.5V
• 2mV max input offset voltage at VCM = 0V, 750nA max input bias current at VCM = 1V
• 0.15% typ differential gain and 1° differential phase at VS = 5V, AV = 2, RL = 150 ohm
• 21nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density and 2.5pA/√Hz typ input noise current density at f = 10KHz
• 3mA max supply current per amplifier
• Input common mode range includes both rails
