ACHS-7192-000E is a fully integrated, hall-effect based linear current sensor IC with 3KVRMS isolation and a low-resistance current conductor. It is designed for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. Inside each device IC is a precise, low-offset, linear hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field that the differential hall sensors convert into a proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized across the operating ambient temperature through the close proximity of the magnetic signal to the hall sensors. It is used in applications such as low-power inverter current sensing, eBikes, motor phase and rail current sensing, solar inverters, chargers and converters, switching power supplies.
- Primary conductance resistance is 0.7ohm typical at (TA = 25°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF=1 nF)
- Output voltage proportional to AC or DC currents, ratio metric output from supply voltage
- Low-noise analogue signal path, factory-trimmed for accuracy
- Extremely stable output offset voltage, near zero magnetic hysteresis
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V, current range is ±20A
- Supply current is 13mA typical at (TA = 25°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF=1 nF)
- Bandwidth is 80KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF=1 nF)
- Common mode transient immunity is 25kV/µs typical at (VCM = 1000V, TA = 25°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF=1 nF)
- Total output error is 1.5 % typical at (TA = +25°C, VDD = 5.0V, CF = 1 nF)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +110°C, SO-8 package
