AP2210K-5.0TRG1 is a 300mA RF ULDO regulator that provides very low noise, ultra-low dropout voltage (typically 250mV at 300mA), very low standby current (1µA maximum), and excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR 75dB at 100Hz). This device is used in battery-powered applications, such as handsets and PDAs; and in noise-sensitive applications, such as RF electronics. It also features individual logic compatible enable/shutdown control inputs, a low power shutdown mode for extended battery life, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and reverse current protection. It is used in applications such as cellular phones, cordless phones, wireless communicators, PDAs/palmtops, PC motherboards, and consumer electronics.

 - Ripple rejection is 75dB typical at (f = 100Hz, IOUT = 100µA)
 - Output noise is 260nV /Hz typical at (IOUT = 50mA, COUT = 2.2µF, 100pF from BYP to GND)
 - Current limit is 450mA typical at (VOUT = 0V, (VIN = 3.5V, IOUT = 100µA)
 - Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, SOT-23-5 package
