BTS710404ESPXUMA1 is a BTS71040-4ESP series serial interface power controller, providing protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. Potential applications suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, driving capability suitable for 3 A loads and high inrush current loads such as 27W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).
- PG-TSDSO-24 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C, AEC qualified
- High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
- Part of SPOC™ +2 family, daisy chain capable SPI interface
- 3.3V and 5V compatible logic pins, slew rate control for all channels
- Reverse ON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
- Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (inverse ON)
- Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart
- Overcurrent protection (tripping) with programmable restart control and current threshold
- Proportional load current sense multiplexed, open load in ON and OFF state
- Limp home mode, monitoring of input pin status (IN and LHI)
