45W adapter demo board using 800V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFET and ICE2QS03G quasi-resonant PWM controller. This evaluation board is intended to be a form, fit and function test platform for low cost charger and adapter applications to show the operation of the 800V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFET (IPA80R450P7) as well as the overall controller design. The evaluation board is designed around the Infineon quasi-resonant (QR) fly back controller (ICE2QS03G) for improved switching losses which allows higher power density designs and lower radiated and conducted emissions. Target applications are charger/adapter and SMPS.
- 90 to 265VAC input voltage
- 19V 18.62V and 19.38V output voltage (min max)
- 91.0% higher efficiency at 230VAC and 89.5% efficiency at 120VAC
- Low cost single layer design
