The ITS5215L is a dual channel high side Power Switch N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology. Providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions.

- Improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
- Fast demagnetization of inductive loads

- Logic ground independent from load ground
- Short-circuit protection
