EA 3475 A&B, 500G

LOCTITE® EA 3475 is a 2-part, aluminium-filled epoxy adhesive suited to the repair and recovery of worn and damaged machinery including repairing worn parts such as shafts, housings, keyways and flanges as well as broken or damaged parts. Useful in filling cavities, levelling machinery, repairing cast-steel plates, making core moulds, applying a sacrificial coating or sealing leaking pipes It was developed for easy and convenient use in the workshop or for on-site maintenance. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range of -20°C to +120°C.

• Repairs aluminium castings, cracked/worn aluminium parts and stripped aluminium threads
• Non-sagging, heavily reinforced, aluminium powder-filled 2-part epoxy
• Easily mixed and moulded to form odd shapes if required
• Cures to a non-rusting, aluminium-like finish
• Fixture time temperature of 22°C, mix ratio of 1:1 (by volume)
• Shear strength of 20N/mm², work life time of 45min
