R-78AA5.0-1.0SMD-R is a DC to DC adjustable output non-isolated buck converter. It features remote on/off control, continuous short circuit protection, thermal shutdown and adjustable output voltages will find many uses in the battery-powered, industrial, medical and automotive markets. Certified by EN60950-1, IEC60950-1.
- Input voltage range from 6.5 to 18VDC, output voltage is 5.0VDC
- High reflow temperature SMD package
- High efficiency, no need for heatsinks
- Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C
