USB31000S2 is a USB to RJ45 adapter that adds a Gigabit Ethernet port to your computer, supporting auto-sensing 10/100/1000Mbps BASE-T networks. Ideal for reliable wired network connections or as a Wi-Fi alternative, it features an attached 11.8in (30cm) cable for extended reach and reduced port strain. The adapter is USB bus-powered and includes status and activity LEDs. Powered by the Realtek RTL8153 chipset, it ensures native compatibility with laptops, desktops, and 2-in-1 devices. This USB NIC adapter offers plug-and-play connectivity—no driver installation required—and works with Windows 7/8/10/11/Server, macOS 10.14–13.0, Linux (kernel 4.11–5.9.16 LTS), and Chrome OS.
