High density value line, advanced Arm®-based 32bit MCU with 256KB flash, 16 timers, ADC, DAC. Microcontroller family suitable for a wide range of applications such as motor drives, application control, medical and handheld equipment, PC and gaming peripherals, GPS platforms, industrial applications, PLCs, inverters, printers, scanners, alarm systems, video intercoms and HVACs.
- Core: Arm® 32bit Cortex®-M3 CPU, frequency up to 24MHz
- Single-cycle multiplication and hardware division
- 2V to 3.6V application supply and I/Os (clock, reset and supply management)
- POR, PDR and programmable voltage detector (PVD)
- 4 to 24MHz crystal oscillator
- Serial wire debug (SWD) and JTAG interfaces and sleep, stop and standby modes
- 12ch DMA controller, one 12bit, 1.2µs ADC (up to 16 channels)
- CRC calculation unit, 96bit unique ID
- 2 x 12bit D/A converters, up to 12 timers
- Up to 112 fast I/O ports
