XC7A100T-2CSG324C is an Artix®-7 FPGA IC. The Artix®-7 FPGA IC is optimized for low-power applications that demand serial transceivers, high DSP performance, and logic throughput. It offers the lowest total bill of materials cost, making it ideal for high-throughput, cost-sensitive system designs.
- Built on 28nm high-performance, low-power (HPL) process using high-k metal gate (HKMG) technology
- Advanced FPGA logic using 6-input LUTs, configurable as distributed memory for high performance
- 36KB dual-port block RAM with built-in FIFO logic for on-chip data buffering
- Powerful CMTs with PLL and MMCM blocks enable precise, low-jitter, flexible clock management
- 101440 logic cells, 210 I/O's
- Dual 12bit XADC with on-chip thermal and supply sensors
- 256-bit AES encryption with HMAC/SHA-256 and built-in SEU detection and correction
- I/O voltage range from 1.2V to 3.3V
- Available in 324 pin CSBGA package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 85°C
