The BM63363S-VC is a 600V IGBT intelligent power module (IPM) for low speed switching drive in HSDIP25VC package. It is an intelligent power module composed of gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, fly wheel diodes. Low saturation voltage IGBTs optimized for low speed switching drive (to 6KHz) such as a compressor is adopted. The module features high side IGBT gate driver (SOI (Silicon On Insulator) process, drive circuit, high voltage level shifting, current limit for bootstrap diode, control supply under voltage locked out (UVLO)) and low side IGBT gate driver (drive circuit, short circuit current protection (SCP), control supply under voltage locked out (UVLO), thermal shutdown (TSD)). It is typically used in low speed switching drive of AC100 to 240Vrms (DC voltage less than 400V) class motor, low speed switching drive of compressor motor for air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator. The BM63363S-VC has dimension of 38.0mm x 24.0mm x 3.5mm.

- Control power supply from 13.5V to 16.5V and floating control power supply from 13V to 18.5V

- Fault signal (LVIC) corresponding to SCP (low side IGBT), TSD, UVLO fault

- Isolation voltage of 1500Vrms and self protection supply voltage of 400V
- IGBT collector emitter voltage of 1.5V, forward voltage of 1.5V & fault output current of 1mA
- FWD reverse recovery time of 100ns and high side IGBT turn on delay time of 0.85μs
- Module case temperature from -25°C to +100°C
- Collector emitter cut-off current of 100μA, supply voltage from 0V to 400V
